The power is back on in Scituate.
National Grid reported yesterday afternoon (Thursday) that the power has been fully restored in the town.
Nearly half of Scituate and all of Humarock were without power since Monday’s blizzard.
Humarock was still without power yesterday.
Town officials say that Eversource lines in North Marshfield that were damaged are causing the power disruption in Humarock.
Eversource officials say that repairs have been completed in North Marshfield and are waiting for the lines feeding Humarock to be reenergized.
Officials expect the power in Humarock to be fully restored by today.
National Grid customers should call the outage line at 800-465-1212 if power is not back on.
Humarock residents should contact Eversource at 800-592-2000 to report a continuing power outage.
The Marshfield Senior Center on Webster Street, Scituate Town Hall, the Council on Aging, and the library are open for Humarock residents who may need a warming center.
