Quincy Fire Chief Joseph Jackson announced on Tuesday that the city would be putting a fourth ladder truck into service. Mayor Tom Koch said this will improve response times for residents throughout the city. Ladder 4 has been out of service since 1990.

May 5th, 2023 | FireOfficials are investigating a potential arson in Brockton on Friday morning. The Brockton Fire Department says “multiple intentional fires” were set in a vacant house on Clifford Ave. Three people fled once firefighters arrived on scene. Crews Respond To Fire On Main St. In Norwell
May 4th, 2023 | FireCrews in Norwell were called to the scene of a fire at 67 Main St. Road Reporter Terry was on the scene and he called in to WATD. Deputy Fire Chief William Milne tells WATD News that they were able to deal with the fire fairly quickly. No injuries were reported.
Crews In Wareham Battle Brush Fire
April 21st, 2023 | FireTrucks were called in to deal with a brush fire in Wareham Thursday afternoon. Fire Chief John Kelley tells WATD News that the location helped to ensure things weren’t worse. Kelley went on to say that conditions right now make brush fires more likely. No injuries were reported.
