The Registry of Motor Vehicles says they are experiencing difficulties due to a statewide outage. Officials say that, as a result of the outage, they are not able to process transactions online, in Service Centers or over the phone. They say customers may use their bank account (ACH) option as an alternative online payment method.
Users on Facebook and Instagram are reporting problems accessing the online platform.
