The Fourth Of July Weekend is wrapping up, but as Scituate Fire Chief Mark Donovan explains it wasn’t without injury. The incident follows Donovan’s recent appearance on WATD to discuss July 4th safety. The victim’s name and current condition wasn’t made available.

A statewide outage of 911 is being reported. At the time no cause has been given and no timeline for restoration is available. Anyone who has an emergency and cannot get through to 911, is asked to call their local community’s police or fire department business lines for immediate assistance.Â
