They say that phone lines for Outpatient Services at South Shore Hospital are also offline.
Those who need to communicate with their providers regarding non-urgent issues are being asked to use South Shore MyChart.
Anyone experiencing a medical emergency should call 911.
This with less serious, but still urgent issues, are being advised to visit one of their seven Health Express locations.
