Crews responded to a massive brush fire in the Blue Hills Sunday afternoon.
Milton Fire officials say that at around 1 p.m. they received a report of a brush fire on top of Chickatawbut Hill.
Quincy, Braintree, Canton, Randolph, and Boston all responded to the scene and additional requests were made for tankers and brush trucks.
Officials say crews worked to protect an environmental school and a small solar panel farm that were located in the area.
The fire was eventually put out at around 8:15 p.m.
No injuries or property damage was reported, but approximately 16 acres of brush were burned in the fire.
