July 10, 2025 ~ It’s raining cats and dogs here in the Boston area! Rob Hakala and Beth Foster are traffic pros and kept 95.9 WATD’s listeners up to date on all of the challenges during the tedious morning drive this morning. Highways were shut down due to flooding with hours of backup. I had sent in my golf report late last night referencing tee times for today and things changed overnight as Mass Golf implemented a rain delay for the 117th Mass Amateur Championship Quarterfinal Matches. Oh well, at least I got the competitors and their backgrounds correct. Best of luck to those players vying for a chance to snag the Arthur G. Lockwood Trophy.
