We would love to introduce you to a 3 to 8 year old kitty named “Scooter” a.k.a. Scooter Pie. He’s a handsome boy looking for a special forever home.
Scooter is currently with our friends at the Kingston Animal Shelter.
Here’s some information about Scooter. First, Scooter came to the shelter very scared. He lived at the shelter several years ago and has always been a little nervous. He prefers to be somewhere up high where he can watch what is going on down below. Scooter’s caretakers say he has a hot and cold personality and compare him to ‘Grumpy Cat’. Scooter has never lashed out at anyone, but does hiss when he’s uncomfortable. He loves his treats and will always come out for a snack. In addition, he’s been caught bird watching and even will allow you to give him some chin scratches on occasion. He’s not really a lap cat, but instead, he’s looking for a quiet space with a person who can understand his quirks and help him through some tough times.
