One person has died following a two car crash on Route 3A.
Plymouth Police say that at approximately 9:45 a.m. Friday they received calls reporting the crash at the intersection of Plimoth Patuxet Highway and State Rd.
Crews arrived on scene and provided aid to both drivers who were then transported to area hospitals.
One of the drivers later died from their injuries.
Police say one of the drivers was identified as a suspect being sought in connection with a previous incident that occurred earlier in the day.
A road closure was in effect but the roadway has since reopened.
The crash remains under investigation.
