Man Accused of Meeting Victim on Dating App
A Hanson man, who is being held without bail on child rape and human trafficking charges, will appear in Wareham District Court today Friday on witness intimidation and enticing charges.
Forty-one-year-old Richard Kielczweski was found to be dangerous after a hearing yesterday Thursday.
He pleaded not guilty to several charges including five counts of paying for sexual conduct with a child under 16, four counts of child rape, exhibiting a child in a sexual act, and two counts of sex trafficking of persons under 18.
Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz says the charges stem from an investigation by Hanson police into numerous sexual assaults and the creation of child sexual abuse material of a 15-year-old male by Kielczweski.
Authorities say that Kielczweski met the victim through a dating app and began a sexual relationship and offered cash or gifts in exchange for sex.
After today’s court appearance, he is expected to be back before a judge on May 29th.
