Two Elected to School Committee
Incumbent Hull select board member Jerry Taverna was reelected and he will be joined by newcomer Susan Short Green.
In Monday’s annual town election, Short received the most votes in the four-way race for two seats with 1,031 votes and Taverna received 972.
They fended off challengers Patricia Cormier who had 872 votes, Michael Sampson, 407, and Christopher Niland, 300.
In the school committee race, Courtney Littlefield and Aleeza Hagerty were elected to two seats.
Littlefield had 1,370 votes while Hagerty received 1,187.
They bested challenger Ernest Minelli with 748 votes.
Lisa French won the planning board seat over Jeanne Paguin, by just five votes.
In the municipal light board race, Jacob Vaillancourt and Mark Kohn were elected to two seats.
Vaillancourt garnered 1,249 votes and Kohn, 1,225.
They held off challenger Patrick Cannon who had 866 votes.
Charles Richardson Junior won the redevelopment authority seat with 874 votes.
A write-in candidate received 845 votes.
