Republican candidate for the 10th Congressional District, Helen Brady, is back on the primary ballot, after a decision on Monday from the State Supreme Judicial court.
The decision from the SJC overturned a decision from the state ballot commission that had ruled Brady was not eligible because the software and process used by a third party vendor to gather signatures, did follow proper procedure and protocol.
Brady’s name will now appear as the only Republican on the primary ballot for the 10th Congressional District.
Bill Keating is the incumbent Democrat in the seat.
