Crews in Halifax were called to the scene of a fire at Clyde O Bosworth Rd.
Fire officials say the fire was reported around 2 p.m. Sunday at 98 Clyde O Bosworth Rd.
Upon arrival crews found heavy fire going up the rear of the home into the attic as well as into the first floor kitchen area.
Hanson, Pembroke, and Plympton provided mutual aid at the scene and Bridgewater provided station coverage.
The fire was knocked down with the kitchen and the attic sustaining significant damage.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.
