Quincy Mayor Tom Koch delivered his State of the City Address on Tuesday, saying that, despite all the challenges they have faced, Quincy has persevered.
Koch said they would continue to work with Manet Community Health to expand their vaccination program.
Much of Koch’s speech focused on Quincy College with Koch saying that he would strengthen partnerships between the city and the school.
He also highlighted a step forward on a building project for the school.
Koch says they eventually hope to be able to offer 4-year bachelor’s degree programs at the school.
