The July 4th Plymouth organization has responded quickly to the state’s re-opening plans. They will begin with the sixth annual 5K road race the morning of the Fourth. Monday evening, July 5th will begin with a band concert on the waterfront followed, at 9, by fireworks over Plymouth Harbor.
