A man has been questioned by Quincy Police after approaching a female motorist.
Police say that at around 9 a.m. Tuesday they received a call from a female who stated that a male approached her, claiming that her car was leaking oil.
She immediately contacted police and provided a description of the vehicle – a white Jeep Patriot, similar to the vehicle described in other incidents reported in local communities such as State Representative Alyson Sullivan’s encounter at the Target in Stoughton.
The suspect’s vehicle was located in Quincy and the driver was interviewed by detectives before he was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
Police say no arrest has been made at this time, therefore they are unable release any further information.
However, they say they are confident this is the suspect from previously reported incidents, and their detectives will continue to investigate.
