Fire crews were called to the scene of a Duxbury school for a possible gas leak.
Fire officials say that shortly before 8 a.m. Monday they were called to the Alden School where firefighters were able to locate “an isolated issue in the gym.”
They say that the children were safely relocated to the auditorium and were safely returned to their classrooms.
No injuries were reported but crews remained on scene to continue precautionary metering of the building.
