Real Estate Activity Slows Down, But Prices Remain High In Plymouth County

There was a slight slowdown in Real Estate Activity in Plymouth County last month, including a decrease in mortgage activity.

 

Register of Deeds John Buckley tells WATD News there were also fewer homes being sold.

 

However, Buckley says the prices remain high for homes that are being sold.

 

One area that saw an uptick was foreclosure activity.

 

The current home sales price is a 12 percent increase from the average price of $537,074 that was recorded at this time last year.
