A previously issued AMBER Alert for a mother and her infant child has been deactivated.
Massachusetts State Police say “all parties have been located at an address in Fall River.”
The AMBER Alert was issued following a reported kidnapping in Dartmouth of 6-month-old male Grayson Benson and his mother, 23-year-old Hannah Benson.
The alleged suspect, 21-year-old Jeremias Cabral, was taken into custody.
The mother and child are said to be with police and that their well-being is being evaluated.

The Massachusetts State Police have activated an AMBER Alert for a missing baby and mother.
State Police say 6-month-old male Grayson Benson, was abducted along with his mother, 23-year-old Hannah Benson, in Dartmouth.
The suspect in the case is 21-year-old Jeremias Cabral.
A car that was believed to be involved in the incident has been located, but police are still searching for the victims and Cabral.
Anyone who spots these individuals is being asked to call 911 immediately.
