Milton Police are trying to identify a suspect following an early morning stabbing at Curry College on Sunday.

Deputy Chief James O’Neil says that shortly after 3 a.m. officers were dispatched to the South Campus Residence Hall.

Initial information indicated that over 20 people were present for a “party” in one of the dorms in the building that ended sometime after 2 a.m.

O’Neil says that at one point a physical and verbal altercation took place between several individuals which resulted in an adult male sustaining a knife wound to one of his arms.

The victim was transported by Fallon Ambulance to the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital – Milton.

Officers did not immediately find the suspect in this incident and members of the Milton Police Detective Bureau are working in conjunction with the Curry College Public Safety Department to identify the perpetrator in this case.

Anyone with information is being asked to call the Curry College Department of Public Safety at 617-333-2222.
