A final round of voting was held Tuesday night for Hull’s Annual Town Election.
In the race for a three year term on the Select Board, Jason McCann and Jerry Taverna each secured a seat with unofficial results showing McCann winning 1,414 votes and Taverna getting 978 votes. David Gibbons had 668 votes, Donna Pursel had 604 votes, Kathleen Barclay had 474 votes, Moraiba Reyes had 374 votes, and Philip Bellone had 257 votes.
Brian McCarthy won the race for a two year term on the Select Board with 1,224 votes, James Ianiri had 942 votes, and Steven Greenberg had 560 votes.
The race for a five year term on the Redevelopment Authority saw Daniel Kernan winning with 1,340 votes, Patrick Finn had 1,214 votes.
Adrienne Paquin won the race for a three year term with 1,640 votes. Edwin Parsons had 806 votes.
Ernest Minelli and Regan Yakubian each won seats on the School Committee with 1,204 votes and 1,110 votes respectively. Fay Ferency had 1,085 votes and Colby Mahoney had 705 votes.
The race for a 2 year term as Trustees of Public Library saw Emily Garr winning with 1,307 votes and Sasha Green getting 670 votes.
The additional voting was held after the state has said it would not count nearly 100 ballots cast between 8 and 10 p.m. on May 15th when the town extended voting due to a six-alarm fire that blocked traffic to Hull High School.
