Looking for the perfect orange duo? Here they are! Say hello to Kieran and Big Boots, two best friends looking for their forever home together.

Our friends at the Scituate Animal Shelter tell us Boots and Kieran are bonded brothers who are always together. They look alike but their personalities are very different. Kieran is much more bold and adventurous. Boots is very shy at first but when he gets comfortable he is very cuddly. Normally when SAS adopts kittens together, it’s because they are very shy and need each other to feel comfortable in a human household. But in this case, these two absolutely adore each other and are inseparable, but they also love humans and are very affectionate. They are very playful yet gentle. And neither has any tendency to scratch or bite.

Open hours at the shelter are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm for you to come view the brothers, or any of the adoptable pets. You can submit an application at the shelter during open hours or online by emailing adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org and asking for an application. Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and it’s been determined you are the best fit. The Scituate Animal Shelter does not operate on a first come, first served basis.
