Amber Alert Lifted For Missing 3-Year-Old

An Amber Alert has been lifted.
Massachusetts State Police say that 3-year-old Liam David Pagan was found at a hotel in Windsor, Conn. and is reported to be safe.
A red Toyota Camry with the boy inside was stolen just before 9 am in Chicopee and the Amber Alert was issued more than an hour later after local and state police began a pursuit down Interstate 91 south.
State Police say the suspect was located at Any Time Fitness in Windsor and taken into custody.
An investigation indicates he dropped the child off at the Rodeway Inn and then drove to the shopping plaza where he left the car.
Hotel employees contacted police.
