Code Black Lifted
Brockton Hospital is once again accepting ambulances following a cyber security attack last week.
Signature Healthcare officials said yesterday afternoon their code black status was lifted allowing ambulances to bring patients to the medical facility.
The attack affected information services and disrupted some patient services for the past several days including forcing hospital officials to divert ambulances to other facilities and required patient information to be recorded on paper.
State and hospital officials are investigating the incident.
