Norwell Police want the public to be aware that they are conducting a scheduled training on Wednesday.
Police say the training will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the area of Summer St. at Black Pond Hill Rd. at a residence with the permission of the property owners.
As a result they say residents in the area may hear sirens, noises and see officers.
They emphasize that this is a planned training and there is no danger to the public.
