The Pulte Homes affordable condo project that was recently approved by the Plymouth zoning board of appeals, is being challenged by potential abutters.

A group of residents is appealing the approval of the controversial Pulte Homes 163-unit affordable condo project in North Plymouth that was recently approved by the town’s ZBA.

Residents have expressed concerns over the 40 B project including increased traffic in the neighborhood.

The proposed project calls for three buildings, two that would have four-stories, and one with six-stories, on a three-acre site off Route 3 A near Cordage Park.

Twenty-five percent of the units are to be affordable housing.
