A shooting in Brockton has left one man dead and another with non-life-threatening injuries. Brockton Police say the shooting took place around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday near 983 North Main St. Neither victim has been identified at this time. Crews were called to the scene of an early morning fire in Brockton. Fire officials says the fire was reported just before 3 a.m. Wednesday at 40 Calmar St. Upon arrival crews found fire showing from the third floor rear doorway, and a working fire was declared.
