Scituate officials report that the power has been fully restored to the town.
Nearly half of Scituate and all of Humarock were without power since Monday’s blizzard.
All electrical service was restored by National Grid today (Wednesday).
For those who still have power issues should call the National Grid hotline at 800-465-1212.
Most of the Humarock section is still without power.
Officials say this is due to the ongoing outrage in North Marshfield from damaged Eversource lines that feed Humarock.
Power is expected to be restored tomorrow (Thursday).
The Marshfield Senior Center on Webster Street will be opened tonight (Wednesday) as a warming shelter.
Residents in need of warming or charging stations may use the Scituate Senior Center, the town library, or the Marshfield Senior Center on Webster Street.
Due to trees and wires down on Summer Street, residents should use Ferry Street to Furnace Street to Route 3A.
