A Marshfield man is facing felony charges after a string of breaking-and-entering reports near Brant Rock.
Police Chief Phil Tavares says 18-year-old Jesse Phaneuf-Moniz was arrested after an investigation.
Last Tuesday, Police received reports of an attempted break into a grocery store, and three motor vehicles that were broken into.
Based on forensic and video evidence, Phaneuf-Moniz was identified as a suspect. He was arrested on Saturday.
Officers connected him to two cases of breaking and entering into a liquor store, and two motor vehicle breaks.
He’s facing charges that include six counts of felony breaking and entering into a vehicle, four counts of malicious and wanton destruction of property, and two counts of breaking into a building.
He is due to be arraigned Monday in Plymouth District Court.
